We encourage diverse opinions and property-related insights. However, content that violates our Community Guidelines will be removed, and repeated violations may lead to account suspension.

3.3 Intellectual Property
All MeHau trademarks, branding, and original software are owned by Cuboid Ventures. You may not copy, modify, or distribute MeHau’s IP without written permission.

4. Listings & Professional Claims

If you post property listings, investment insights, or financial guidance:

• You must have the appropriate authority, licences, or disclosures as required by local laws (e.g. real estate licence).
• You acknowledge that MeHau is not a listings portal or financial advisory service and does not verify the accuracy of professional claims.
• Misleading, false, or unauthorised claims may lead to removal and legal liability.

5. Platform Access & Availability

We strive for uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee the platform will always be available or error-free. From time to time, we may:

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from platform downtime.
